We are an appointment-based, fee-charging private health care provider, aiming to provide quality and timely health care to all our customers. While we understand that there may be legitimate reasons for missed appointments, rescheduling, delayed and cancelling appointment, this may be inconvenient to our GP’s and other patients to whom we provide service. The latter is because when you book a GP’s appointment, you block a GP’s appointment space on the calendar which represents the doctor’s time. Also, that appointment will not be available to other patients. This policy helps us to manage appointment related issues.

If you want to cancel your appointment, notify us at least 24 hours in advance by email at Cancellation@yourgpconsultation.com. Please state your reason(s) for cancellation. If you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your consultation fee will be refunded in full to the card with which you paid for the booking of the GP’s appointment. Please note that if you notify us less than 24 hours to your appointment, we will regard this as late cancellation and your consultation fee will not be refunded.

This is where you do not duly cancel 24 hours to your appointment and do not turn up for your appointment. Appointment fee will be charged in this situation for the GP’s time and, therefore, your appointment fee will not be refunded.

You can reschedule your doctor’s appointment with us but your decision to reschedule must be communicated to us on email at Reschedule@yourgpconsultation.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment stating the reasons why you want to reschedule. Please note that you will need to book and pay for a new appointment with us while we will process the refund of your rescheduled appointment. Also note that you can only reschedule your doctor’s appointment once. Your appointment will also be rescheduled once if at consultation, you cannot show an identity to the doctor on request before the start of your doctor’s consultation. This means that you will have to book and pay for a new appointment while we process a refund for the rescheduled appointment at which you were unable to show proof of identification to the doctor.

Please note that it will take about 7 to 10 working days to make a refund regarding your cancelled or rescheduled appointment.
